DentalHire, operated by Just Mooching Ltd (Company Number: 16855929), is a professional community for dental practices and dental professionals in the UK. These Community Guidelines describe the standards of conduct we expect from all users. They work alongside our Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Professional Conduct

All users are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times. This means being honest, respectful, and courteous in your interactions. Whether you are posting a job, applying for a role, or sending a message, your communication should reflect the professional standards expected in the dental industry.

3. Respectful Communication

Treat other users with respect. Do not use offensive, abusive, or threatening language. Disagreements should be handled professionally. We have zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any kind. If you experience or witness disrespectful behaviour, please report it to us.

4. Video Standards

Videos are a core part of the DentalHire experience. When uploading a profile or application video:

• Ensure the video is clear, well-lit, and professional in tone.
• Dress and present yourself as you would for a professional interview.
• Do not include inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content.
• Do not include music, images, or other content you do not have the right to use.
• Keep videos within the platform's duration and size limits.

5. Appropriate Profile Content

Your profile is your professional representation on the platform. Please ensure:

• Profile photos are professional and appropriate.
• Information about your qualifications, experience, and availability is accurate.
• Practice descriptions and job listings are truthful and not misleading.
• Content does not include personal or sensitive information that should remain private.

6. Honest Representation

Honesty is fundamental to trust on the platform. You must not misrepresent your qualifications, GDC registration, experience, or identity. Practices must not misrepresent their location, size, or the nature of their vacancies. Any form of dishonesty, including fake reviews or misleading claims, is prohibited and may result in account termination.

7. Reporting Process

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates these guidelines, please report it to us:

• Use the report function on the relevant profile, job, or message where available.
• Visit our Contact and Support page and submit a content report.
• Provide as much detail as possible, including the nature of the issue and any relevant content.

We review all reports and take appropriate action. Reports are treated confidentially, and we will not share your identity with the reported user without your consent or where required by law.
