Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is and is not permitted on DentalHire, operated by Just Mooching Ltd (Company Number: 16855929). By using the platform, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.
2. No Harassment
You must not harass, intimidate, or bully any other user. This includes sending unwanted or repeated messages, making threatening or abusive remarks, or engaging in any behaviour that could cause distress or alarm. We take harassment seriously and will act on reports promptly.
3. No Discrimination
You must not discriminate against any person on the basis of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation. This includes discriminatory content in profiles, job listings, videos, or messages. Discrimination of any kind is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
4. No Fake Profiles
You must not create a profile using false, misleading, or stolen information. This includes impersonating another person, using someone else's GDC number, or misrepresenting your qualifications or experience. Dentist profiles are subject to GDC verification. Any profile found to be fake or misleading will be removed immediately.
5. No Unlawful Content
You must not upload, post, or share any content that is illegal under UK law. This includes but is not limited to content that is defamatory, fraudulent, infringes intellectual property rights, or promotes illegal activity. We reserve the right to remove any unlawful content and report serious violations to the relevant authorities.
6. No Scraping or Data Extraction
You must not use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or any other method to extract data from the platform without our express written permission. This includes collecting user profiles, contact details, job listings, or any other data for purposes outside the normal use of the platform. Unauthorised data extraction may result in legal action.
7. No Sharing of Confidential Information
You must not share confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information that you do not have the right to disclose. This includes sharing another person's contact details, GDC information, or private messages without their consent. If you receive confidential information through the platform, you must handle it responsibly and in accordance with applicable law.
8. No Misuse of Messaging
The messaging system is provided to facilitate professional communication between practices and dentists regarding job opportunities. You must not use messaging to send spam, unsolicited commercial offers, chain messages, or any content that violates this policy. Misuse of the messaging system may result in loss of messaging privileges.
9. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behaviour that violates this policy, please report it through our Contact and Support page. We will review all reports and take appropriate action. You can also refer to our Community Guidelines for more information on expected standards of conduct.
10. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take action including content removal, warnings, temporary suspensions, and permanent account termination. We may also report serious violations to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.
